Sometimes I think it's parents who like the bath toys more than baby. Newborns, of course, won't have much interest for a while. But when they do... boy, we can have lots of fun. Rubber duckies are sure to be fun, but like a lot of parents, I thin these fivve characters are beyond cute.

Hopscotch Rugs - Wow

Okay, I may be a step or two out of the times, but I've just discovered hopscotch rugs. Blame it on being the mom or boys. Hopscotch just wasn't something we played around our house. Chalk was used on the sidewalks around the house, but they were usually drawing battle lines.

A Disney Princess List

So, I have three granddaughters and guess what's on the top of each on of their birthday list? Disney Princesses. They love anything do with the princesses and each has their favorite from the Disney princess list. That got me to thinking. Who are the princesses? What are their names? And the movies they appeared in?


Whenever I get something like that on my mind, I have to find out all I can... and write about it. So that's how my newest Squidoo lens came to be. The Disney princess list contain ten names... for now. There are another two to be added this year.

Now while there's tons of toys available for each of those Disney princesses, my favorite items has to be the Jim Shore figurines. If you don't know who Jim Shore is -- or the wonderful ceramic figurines he creates -- you have to check it out.
